This review is done in collaboration with Cozymeal but all opinions are entirely my own. I am impressed with the quality of the cheese grater; it has a fairly sharp blade as well. I like the rest it has on it that allows you to grate directly on your cutting board. I have had success grating fresh Parmesan cheese on several occasions.

Great product! It is sturdy, but does not take up much space. It arrived quickly and is affordable as well.
