A roasting pan is an instrument that we use very few times a year, but when we do it is very nice and effective to have a really good quality one. It is rare to find a tri-ply one, which makes this particular one a very good choice. The pan is thick and heavy in a good way, as it will absorb a lot of heat and become a good source of radiant energy, helping cook the underneath of your roasts. The pan comes with a non-stick rack, great when it comes time to remove the whole turkey to a tray for presentation and carving. Finally the fact that it is coated with stainless steel means it will be easy to clean. Overall, a nice item to have for those special occasions.
